When I was a little girl I was afraid of the dark.
And wanted to help myself to get rid of this habit. So I decided to walk alone in the dark, when extinguishing all the lights in the garden. Indeed, I walk alone in the dark about two minutes did not feel fear. I did not think the dark or fear of it. But after a period started thinking I’m walking alone and I am afraid of walking and stay in the dark. Speeding rushed back home and I wavered. When I returned home and think why are you walking alone in the dark for two minutes, but suddenly became very afraid, then I realized that fear is the result of the idea in my head as soon as I did blockade of the negative thinking of this idea will and me captive to them.

Learning about myself,facing off the life…Sometimes a really hard job,but sometimes really enjoyable.As one grows older,he/she usually says ”how happy i was during my childhood”:) just as everthing changes in nature ,Everybody grows up,everbody changes.
Patience and self confidence are the most important things one should have to succeed in life
Just an advice :
When you have hard times,remember the fact nothing lasts forever ,not the bad or good!!

I like chinese food. My favorite food is fish. i enjoyed all kinds of fish. I eat them every day. It’s very delicious health. Sometimes i go to beach fishing. Then i cooked it. when i eat it i feel so great.
I usually get a fish in the supermarket. i like live fish. because it’s fresh. i cook it for frying. it smells good and crisry. in chineses food, there are a lot of ways to cook fish. i learn to cook it from groundmorther. she cooked fish very well. when i was young, she cooked fish for me. she cooked fish many ways: steamfish, friefish, stutted fish filt. the smell makes me hungry. i love fish food. whenever i go to rustuant i alsways order fish food. i eat it at home and outshide. i enjoy it so much.
There are many foods in the world. my favoite food alsays is fish. it is so good to me. i couldn’t eat food without fish. they are imporant in my life.

Hellow! I`m Irene,I went to the school everyday for learn English. because I want to speak English, the more important think for I went to the school is for my family and for myself I don`t want to be afraid when I went to the store or to the beank end ask question. when I hear people to say,they don`t speak English end now speak really good. I`m say, I can speak English to. not really good but I can.
