Can you imagine a morning without technology? Probably you didn’t realize how many times you use technology before your go out of your home every day. However, technology is everywhere at every moment. Some examples of that, is our toast bread that we probably took for breakfast, or how about listening to the news before your go out. Even if people don’t think about it, technology is a very important part in our life.
Thanks to technology we could live an easy life. Technology not jus make our life easy, actually it also make our work easy. One example of that is an office where everything is done by computers. Also some teachers use technology to review or eve to teach. Some people think that technology some day is going to replace humans, however technology permit that we could have a wide use of our natural resources that permit enough for everyone.
In addition technology not just is used to improve production. It is also used to improve our health. Now exist a lot of new medicines and techniques that permit us to have a better life. For example some days ago I watched in the news a new machine that would help to paralytic people to walk again. I know some people think that we didn’t know the second effects that could have in the humans, however those techniques show us that made our lives longer and comfortable.
Also technology offer a lot ways to entertainment. One example of this is the Xbox. This device permit’s the player to play without device is his/her hands, which is just fabulous, also you can play against people in all parts of the world. Some people could think that those games just make people overweight and lazy. However in a lot of those game body movement is involved, so people actually exercises while they play.
Technology is jus a way to make our lives essay, however is our responsibility to use it wisely. I really believe technology will surprise us everyday more. And I feel so thankful for that!
Nowadays technology rules the whole world; it is a struggle among the companies to create the best devices ever. I remember when I was a child, I did not have a cell phone or a computer because it was not necessary at all in those days, the Internet was not popular and the touch screen technology was unknown.
At this time here in the US smart phones are really a need, especially for young and business people. There are many applications really useful like maps, dictionaries, e-mails, bank accounts, forecast, etc.
In my case I use my smart phone to check the weather, news, to look for something on the Internet and also I like the music applications, GPS, Facebook and of course to keep communicating through calls and texts.
Many tests have revealed that cell phones cause damage for us due they emit radioactive waves to our bodies and this could cause cancer.
Psychologists say that these devices can influence behavior too and I believe everyone knows that is harmful to the eyes sitting for a long time in front of the computer.
Nevertheless, it seems to be difficult for us to quit, even though we know how bad it is for our health, the use of technology is indispensable in our lives and it is increasing more and more each day.
I support the use of the technology, this has brought us unimaginable things and an infinitive knowledge, and otherwise this world would be boring and simple.
If we use technology responsibly, I am pretty sure that would be possible to decrease the damages to our bodies.
Keep in mind that it is important not to focus only on this, but also spend time with our families and people close to us.
In the 21st century, high technology products is necessarily in our life. The current trend is towards convenient and fast.Whatever all companies make will be more convenient and modern. For example, new technology – like laptops, cell phone, i-pad, and PDA device has made many of us more connected. This kind of technology has had both positive and negative effects on my life. There are many reasons presented as follows.
First of all, we have to save our time as much as possible. New age people are busy at work, and they need to do a lot of things in a day. Several new technology things can help them to finish their work quickly. Such as a laptop, you can bring it everywhere. You can check mails, type reports, and search any information from internet. Besides, you can use your cell phone to call others when you are walking, eating, or on a bus. You can do many things in the same time.
In addition to the daily things, the transportation system is also technological. It helps people to save their time when they go to different places. It’s really faster than before. People can use more time to finish more work.
On the other hand, new technology will produce some negative influence on our life. For example, we have less time to visit our old friends because we can use e-mail to talk to them. Sometimes we only give them a call in busy life. Moreover, we spent a lot of time on line watching information or chatting. That is not good for us to sit all day.
Most of all, we have to be careful to use our time in modern life. The new technology has a lot of advantages to help us more convenient, but it has some negative influence on our life. We have to use our wisdom to make our life better.—LIN, HUI-CHI(Melody)
As the society develops, there are more and more new technology products in our life. They change our life habit and life style. At the first time they appear, everyone thought they are good for our life, but more and more people found some problems in the past several years. How to appraise the new technology? We need to look at the problem’s pros and cons.
In my opinion, the thing which has greatest influence in our life is cell phone. Cell phone creates a new way to communicate. Before cell phone appears, the main communicative ways were talking face to face and writing letters. With a cell phone, we can contact other anytime and anywhere we want. The contact between people is easy, so we’re able to have more and more friends. There are also many useful functions of a cell phone. We can send messages, surf the net, listen to music, play interesting games, and take pictures. However, cell phone can make our life convenient and comfortable.
It sounds great, but cell phones also bring some problems to us. The radiations of cell phone are threatening our life everyday. Sub-health, it’s a new word that appeared several years ago. The radiation from technology products is one of the overriding reasons. What’s scary? Killing people in the invisible.
More and more people like staying at home and going online when they are free. Because of the Internet, we can know anything happening in the world at home without getting in touch with others. I sometimes wonder if too many of our young friends are overly computer literate, even as they are starving inwardly from loneliness and alienation.
Everything is bilateral. It’s up to how you look at and how you control it. Facing more and more new technology products, we should control them well instead of being controlled by them. Making the best use of everything, our life can be better.

Nowadays technology has turned out to be a need to everyone and everyone else in the whole world. Letters through mail are no longer in use, newspapers, and bicycles either. People started to forget about these significant things, because in their current life they cannot imagine live without technology. There is advantage and disadvantage about having their life depend on computers and PDA devices. The access to an advanced technology shows people are more efficient, fast and easier to achieve their goals. But on the other hand, the disadvantage about this is that a human being is no longer capable of doing and thinking for itself. If a computer breaks, system crashes and machine do not work people are hands tied up until everything is recovered.
The great achievements of technology have made incredible communication media. Traveling to another country for a work meeting or meet a new member of the family is no longer needed. Now, people are doing video conferencing and chatting to communicate with their friends, family and work. However, if necessary to communicate personally with someone who is not in the same place where you are, technology has created an efficient way to travel from one point to another in a fast way. They have created airplanes and trains which have reduced time between cities and countries.
Overall technology has created a tremendous advance in communication. For example, a teacher is not any more grading test and homework by pencil, now computers and programs are doing it for them. Most of the time students and teachers no longer read books to increase their knowledge. Why? Because they have access to the Internet, Internet gives them all data about a specific subject. Teachers do not interact with students anymore. Now, technology has created robots, robots that most of the times are referred by their own professor. The robots are able to answer much of their academically questions but not a personal point of view, that in some point students need it.
