I would like to mention the things I miss about Guadalajara, the place where I lived half of my life.
First, my family, especially the time when my parents still alive, I remember the gatherings of the whole family, my sisters and brothers around the table enjoying delicious dishes prepared by my mom. And listening to my dad telling us anecdotes about his childhood, some of them were very funny, some were a little sad, but that was something I enjoyed a lot.
Second thing I miss about is when we used to visit my aunts and uncles’ houses in celebration of birthdays. On those occasions I had the opportunity to play with my cousins, that was something I enjoyed. Too the goodies and gifts our aunts give us, but more important, they show us they affection with hugs and kisses. Those were good times.
Another thing I miss is my friends. I remember the ones in my childhood. When I used to play with dolls and building a house with sheets and pretending that we had furniture inside the house. And we designed dresses for ourselves with pieces of clothes and flowers using our imagination. Those moments were fun.
Last thing I miss is the places that I used to go to get fun. For example there was a lagoon where I liked to swim. There too was a place where could eat fish and seafood. It was delicious. Another place was the city where my grandma lived and we visited her each year. That place had amazing beaches that we used to go to get fun and relax.
