Cultural Similarities
With the Internet and Satellite/Cable TV, we have access to information about so many different cultures. Many people say that cultures are becoming more and more similar. How is your culture and American culture similar? Try to think of at least 10 ways that American culture and your culture are similar.
There are some thing different between my country and America. But there still something same. Such as we all go to school. we all eat pizza
we all play computer, we all play basketball, we all have friends, we all have test, we all take English class and we all likes to exercise. Even though we are in different country, but there are still something similar.

in meixco some stuff are the same cuz like we have cars they have cars tow we tv they have tv and we have stuff diffent tow like the food is diffent all the songs are diffent so yah and also the homs there are so diffent they are not like this and homs her are cool and some are big and nice so yah her we have the mall and in meixco we dont so yah i like better over her so yah cops are not cool over her and in mixco u do what ever you want if you do something bad just give mony to the cops they we going to let you go cops there are fun you cant do that in vegas but lot of stuff are the same over her and over there so yah both are cool to be when i go there i have fun and also i have fun her tow so yah . //////im donelol .

As everyone know, different country has their different own culture. But their always some similarities. Like we all eat food. We all do the exercise. We all need friends around you. When we did mistake, we all need to punishment. we all go to school every day. Actually, no matter which country you are. They may use the differet manner to treated, but they must have the same educational goal. That,s why we need to careful study, and follow their right direction to go on.

i think the american culture and the mexican culture have some similars holidays like christmas. And we are similars in the culture of be clean and we are the same in some history and now the american cultures have the same of the mexican food and so many things but i can’t remember

Not a lot of thing that similar between my cultural and American cultural, there are just a few for those things. Internet we don’t really have the internet in every house, the Satellite also. So, we just watch the T V for someone that not really rich cause those things are expensive.
The most T V show over there are not really for fun the most part to learn,
to get to know something that the people don’t really know or never learn from the school or from the somewhere else, that kind of opposite from the american T V show that the fun come first.
In my cultural there won’t let the sexy show or something that about sexual but I don’t know why its okey for the American cultural cause a lot of kids are watching it.

I’m from Korea. Korea and America are very different but has similies by internet. We have commonly news, topic, and other information. In America, we already have individual homepage like my space. Same as Korea, we use cyworld, so we can common our information and pictures.
And fastive days, both countries celebrate Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Day. And in Christmas, also we share each presents and celebrate that day. And camp! In Korea, we like to visit somewhere with family, so when I came here I was glad to Americans like camp, too. Also in Korea, we have the College Scholastic Ability Test in high school’s 3rd year like America’s SAT. So our high school’s 2nd-3rd year students, same as 11th and 12th grades, always have so many work for study. And in Korea we have many clubs in school and do many activities, and America has simile clubs. And school festival! We have diversity school festivals in every year, and sometimes do like America’s homecoming. In Korea, we have graduation ceremony like America’s, too. And we also have so many different religions, and among of them from America. And in Korea we know and love to singer, band, and actresses or acters. We contact their song albums and serch the information about them. And we love the similar cartoons, too! We enjoy to see the Simpson Family. And in Korea’s TV program, we have very similar program as like America’s. Many of singer show, quiz show, or something like project looks very similar. For example, we have program to educate children of have some problem with other people. And when I came here I saw simile program, so I was surprized and intereted that. Anyway Korea and America are very different countries but also have many similies like these!!!

I’m from Mexico. I think Mexico and America are very different but we have some similes in holydays, like christmas or new year tha diference is this; in christmas we have a dinner with alll our relatives like all the sister and brothers of my dad and mom and my grand parents. Here is just the family. We use the internet too. In Mexico we dont used a lot the my space because its more famouse the messenger.hotmail and just a little porcion of mexican know the my space. The store are very different here are more bigs and have nmore products. Here like in Mexico practice the sports, but in Mexio is more famouse the football soccer than the football. the school is similar but at the same time is very different because in Mexico I have 3 years of kinder garden, 6 years of elementary school, 3 years of junior high school and 3 years of high school, the University I thing is the same. We learned the same thing just a different time. I dont know what else but i think is the more important.

I’m from Costa Rica , America is very different to my country but we have similiarites, example holidays, christmas and the partys. the people is very friendly, the food is similar. the stores is diferents because in costa rica is a small but more. the supermarkets equal of big and the streets is better in usa.

I am mexican.I think Mexico and America are different. Because we have differents holidays, some are the same here in the U.S. but we celebrate it different. The food is very different, buecause we have own forms of make it. The history is differen to. We have some differents TV shows. The schools are differen, in Mexico we have more classes and each day the classes are different. We use uniforms for the scool. we can’t paint our hair when we are going to theschool.I think that all the cultures are differen because everyone has their own history and different thigs.

My culture is different in my country we have different food. in Puerto rico we have alcapurias bacalados and in usa they dont have that food . in my country we use differents clothes and we have to much differents things more.

Each other country have different culture. Like life customs, and religion, lunguage. But also a lot of similar. Like we listen to music. Throught we have different lunguage.But our music is same.
We have same TV show. And same eat food. And sport.

I’m from russia.Russia is the country with old and very rich traditions.Of course,these traditions are very different sometimes,if we begin to compare my country and USA,but we are the people and live together on our small earth and we drink and sleep,we dance and play music,we sing and write,We love and hate,we built and exterminate,we kill and rescue each other.We have sometimes very different languages,different food,different habits,even asolutely different laws,but we are the humans,we are homo sapiens and this idea unites us .WE are thinking the same only on different languages,we sing the songs only these songs about the same fillings,about the love the man to the woman,About the life .We all dream about the happyness,about the peace on our planet,we want to have health and home ,we wish to have good job,we pray the Lord about forgivenessof the sins.The mankind wants to be better through the culture and the culture helps us to understand each other better and only in the culture the people from the generation to generation begin to feel,that we are so similar,so close each other.We are the children of our earth,we have the same roots from the beginning of the Time ,Our Mother -Earth was born Us from the Nothing,the our Lord created us,gave us the souls for the development and for the suffering and for the love ,for the high feeling.The culture gives our life the stimul for the approach to the God’s will and all these moments show us,how different kinds of the culture of the different nations similar and close each other.

Im from Mexico,and theyare many differences betwwen Mexico and America.First because in Mexico we have different food and people meke it in different ways,people usally eat at home with the family and here americans eat fast foods must of the time.But when mexicans move to this country they change their way to live and eat,here they star to work and because of work they eat fast foods.however America the life style it is more fun and easy because people earn more money so they can get wethever they want like a computer or anything.Comparing with Mexico,in there to get a computer it could take you I lot of weeks of work.so here in America if you have agood job yopu will get a computer in a week.IN Short not only maxicans change,many other people from other countries do.
