Winter Vacation
WInter Vacation is almost here. How are you going to spend your winter vacation? Does your family usually do something special for the winter holidays? Does your family celebrate Christmas or any other religious celebration during this month? Describe what you plan to do for Winter Vacation and anything special or unique that your family does during this holiday season.
this is my first winter vacation in las vegas and i dont know how they celebrate the winter vacations but we celebrate christmas and i going to spend my vacations with all my cousins and my family i hope this going to be a happy vacations and a very good christmas

I will go back China in winter vacation just like last year i did. From tomorrow until Jan. 1st i won’t be stay in U.S. So my mother will in U.S along. In China, we celebrate the Chrismas on Dec. 24th and 25th, but sometimes only young peole did. On those two days, everybody go on street to see the beautiful view such as a fire works. I usually eat a big meal in the resturant with all my friends on Chrismas day. After eat we usually go to singing house to sing. We always spent time togather whole night. Also you can call Chirsmas day to young people’s day in China.

WInter Vacation is almost here. I’am still not sure what are we going to do for the winter holidays. But I hope we can go to vacation. If China we only celebrate Christmas. We go
to resturant for dinner. I celebrate with my friends. We go to
shopping and do a lot of stuff. Because everything are really cheap in Christams. New years day is more improtant than
Christmas before, but now these two are almost the same.

When we got winter vaction in Korea, we usually visited families and went to the place of sleigh-riding or ski. But in here, we would go to the Utah, where my aunt live, for send our Christmas holiday(I came here last December). And in winter vacation, our church has many activities for Christmas, so we would send much time in church, also. Like sing carol songs, make trees, put on Christmas ornaments, do party, etc. And of course we like to make snowman! Last Christmas when we were in the Utah, we could have much snow to be tired that, so we made many snowmen, snow cave, and did snowball fight. My cousin and my brothers made snow cave, but it was small for three people would go to inside. So when one person crawl in the cave and he wants to come out, other person must be pull his legs. It was very funny, but that cave melted down few days later. Anyway in winter vacation we always have funny and happy time with family or friends, so I expect we can have that again in this Christmas holiday!!

I think this Winter Vacation will be a lot different and more special than the other year cause i did not done much things in the pass year. This Winter Vacation i am going to Florida for a week to stay with my friends there, after i come back i will go to California to see the horse run because my family has three horses but those horses in California and one of them will be run in the next two weeks so this is the first time that i and them will be meet. In my family, we do not do lots of celebrate cause its not really important to us, so then they just but some gifts for me and help each other to decarate the house and the front yard. Those are the things that what am i will be doing during the Winter Break, and i hope that i would not get any homework during the lovely break.

Hello,guys!I see you will be very happy during this vacation’s time.It’s very good!The vacation is perfect time for the relaxation and you have to use these good opportunities for receiving new power for the fighting for the surviving.I’m from Russia and worked many years like russian teacher at the school and I know how the children wait the vacation and how they are happy,wenn this time at least came.The children were tired to have endless homeworks and the meetings with the teachers.Yes!But the teacher were tired also to check the Millions of the children’s homeworks and hear and understand The thausand of the children’s conversations and ….Oh,Happyness!Oh,beautyful moment!Oh,miracle time!Oh,…etc.Yes!the vacation’stime is the best time in the world not only for the children but for the adults also.We can sleep long time,we can eat and drink without breaks,we can visit our friends,we can organize our life how we wish and want.I wish you happy vacation .

In this vacations Im state here with the family of my father and Idont go to MEXICO in this december but Im liked the christmas in mexico because there is my other family and my mom my dad and my two brothers but good this vacation is for state happy with your family and a good wish in this vacation and think in a good future in this new year and eat your grapes and in which one think a wish for you or for other person and life and Im happy because is my first chrismas in Las Vegas and in this vacations Im going to los estudios universal with my grandmother my aunt myuncle and my causin and ans Iwish what has a happy christmas and happy new year.

I am going back to Mexico in the vacation and im going to be with my family. Every year in Christmas we have a party and we call it posada, its a party with frinds and family, we sing, eat, dance, we break a piñata and do a lot of things. Then in christmas i spend in my mom’s mom house a little time with them and then like 10 we go to my dad’s mom house and we stay there’till the 1 or some times 2 in the morning. Then the 25 in the morning we go to the church. After that we go to my grand mother ‘s house to eat and breaksfast and then we got to the movies with mys cousins and with my youngre aunt. Some time my sister and I spend the nigth in my grand mother house but some times we come back to our house. In new year the 31 in the afternoon like 1 oclook my dad run a race very important in my city then we go to the house and eat and in the night we go to my grandsmother house and have dinner and celebrate the new year. I think this year im going to have a lot of posadas because the vacation its going to be more longer than the other year. i hope you have a good christmas.

Yes!!! winter vacations are almos here, and I’m very happy because I’m going to Mexico to visit my family and my friends and spend time with them. I house we don’t have a big celebration, but we spend our time in my grandparent’s house. Every body in my family spend our time there. My aunt make food, like turkey and salads. We drink hot chocolate, coffe, sodas, juice and champurrado. I play games with my family and i talk with them too. We don’t have a christmast tree in my grandparents house, but we have one here in las vegas. Sometimes we break the piñata and then we eat the candies. Me and my cousins always buy firefires. and when it is like 9 or 10 we use the firefires, sometimes my uncles help us with the firefires because some of my cousins are very small. And if that day is chrismast we open our presents at 12:00 or in the morning at 4,5 or 6.
The days with the family are very good.

In this mounth celebrate different holidays we celebrate in 12 december is day of vigern de guadalupe we going to chrunch and we walk a lot but this is was penitencia i was. but here we only celebrate chirmast and the last day of year. but me i bring to vela a la virgen because i want to save this tradiction. but in my country celebrate this day. but all my famili going to the chrunch but today is december 12 we going to chruch in night all december 12 make the a lot walk in the chrunch. i like going with my family because i can compartir with my family i don like a lot stay here but my famuli say me stay for you covenec. but i dont like i like my country that is all i dont have more. for explain but que viva el salvador

Winter holiday is almost here. I don’t think that what shall i do in this holiday. But i want to have enough sleep, and play computer, and with my family have a big dinner. haha…… If i in the China I think that i can celebrate my friends and classmate to go shopping and play basketball. It’s very funny. But in China they are studying for college now. That is very important. This is first chtistmas in US. I think that is funny christmas…….

In Korea, winter vacation is 2 month half. Usually, winter vacation is before Christmas. At Christmas, we give to present for someone. At New Year, We hear a sound of Bell Jeya. We go to P.C. rooms, or go to an amusement park. At Febuary, in Seolnal, we bow to our seniors, they give to lot of money for ours. and the rest day, we sleep.

I think that U.S winter vacation is different to Korea winter vacation. We have one and half months winter vacation, but U.S has short winter vacation. I used to go skiing or sleding in Korea but this winter vacation, I go snowboarding first time. This winter vacation my sister will come to my house from Michigan so I expect this winter vacation very much. I will spend my Christmas with my whole family. I was in Korea, my sister had gone to U.S alone and my dad had gone to Austria alone. (Now my father living with us.) So I spent my Christmas with just my mom and my grand mom. We will have wonderful time and be very happy. We will make Christmas special cookies and cakes, and we will decorate our home and tree. Whenever I think my Chrismas plan, I feel very exited.
I want to come the Christmas early.

Living in Saudi Arabia doesn’t give a chance to really celebrate ‘winter’ in its real sense. At its peak, the temperatures reach an astonishingly high 48 degree Celsius. The only time when the temperatures are near a survivable point is during the last two months of an year and a couple of months of the following year. That’s also the time when it rains. It does not rain enough for the season to be labeled as rainy, its only when the ‘winter’ is at its best to near the global winter feel that clouds get shady and show some restrain.
Saudi Arabia not being a tourist attraction, except for two seasons, Ramadan and Hajj, during which millions of people travel from all corners of the globe, doesn’t give a chance to its residents to enjoy holidays to an extreme. A bigger part of the year being in summer means that beaches are also not well developed and maintained for the 4-month winter break.
The start of a new season gives a feel of a considerably decrease in humidity which encourages people to go for long walks. I have been going to malls a lot since the start as I don’t have any official work to do until the start of January, when I will be leaving for Arlington to continue my Higher Education. This is probably the first time when I will be spending my winter dividedly in different continents. And this is also my last days with my parents after which I will not be an integrated of our family. End of this season will also end a season in my life.
As of now, not much to do until I fly over the oceans.

Iwas very funny becuse can a have more friends also can have money is so good. i celebrate the christmas and new year with my friends because my family it is in costa rica, but talk with my parents and was has a good year
