Part 1: Recognition: Number 1 to 6. I’ll say 3 words, which one is different (1,2, or 3)

Example: done – dawn - done

Part 2: Recognition: Which do you hear? I’ll say a word. Is it u or o sound?

Part 3: Which do you hear?

1. a. Did you see the bus?
b. Did you see the boss?

2. a. That looks like it’s fun.
b. That looks like it’s a fawn.

4. a. That wasn’t sung.
b. That wasn’t a song.

5. a. It was a good pun.
b. It was a good pawn.

Part 4: Sentences to practice

1. They LAUNCHED the space shuttle when I had my LUNCH.
2. Her DOG DUG a big hole in our yard.
3. She didn’t want to go shopping, BUT she BOUGHT a LOT of STUFF.
4. The dendrils in our LUNGS aren’t very LONG.
5. Can you CUT the length of the wood planks for that COT?
6. Would you like to wear snug clothes to school?
7. She shouldn’t have bought that.
8. The hog ate all the trash we left in its bucket.
9. Their horse bucked them real hard, so they were thrown to the ground.
