A: I have a problem with the checking account I have at this bank.
B: What seems to be the problem?
A: I keep getting hit with fees but I'm not getting my statements.
B: Did you opt to get online statements?
A: I did but I haven't seen any in my inbox.
B: Perhaps they are going to your spam folder?
A: I didn't even think of that.
B: We can't refund all of your fees but I can refund this month's.
A: That would be helpful.
B: May I suggest you get regular paper statements?
A: Since I'm not tech savvy that's a good idea.
B: Just confirm your mailing address for me.
