Evelyn had lived in New Mexico with her Jasper for the last 20 years. It wasn’t exciting life, but they got by. They owned own house. She spent her days each weekend her two horses at a stable that was a mile from her house. Jasper spent his at a small lake where he had a home and a boat. He often brought home fish. Evelyn and Jasper’s romantic life wasn’t what used to be, but their love was as as ever.
Evelyn had three sisters. They all in Georgia, and they had been badgering her years to move to Georgia so they could be together.
