B: What seems to be the problem?

A: My husband is having chest pain. I think it's a heart attack.

B: We are calling for an ambulance right now.

A: I don't need an ambulance, I need a doctor.

B: We don't have a doctor on duty at the hotel.

A: I think he is going to die!

B: The paramedics are on their way.
